Excellent Location and Service
amazing location helpful staff thoughtful touch
The hotel's location is amazing. It is a short walk to the Trevi Fountain (about 3 minutes). The staff at reception were very helpful. Every staff member was friendly. I also appreciated they explained the hotel facilities. The breakfast team acknowledged my daughter's birthday with fizz (a thoughtful touch).
The room's decoration was quite dark, and there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

The room included robes and slippers. These were very welcome after a long day exploring. The rooms also are modernly styled. Breakfast was excellent. (I loved the choices!).

The staff was kind and cute. I was greeted with a welcome gift. Staff helped us with every step of our visit. The rooftop bar offered a great view and atmosphere, perfect for relaxation after sightseeing.

small room poor soundproofing
The 'classic double room' was a bit of a squeeze, not exactly ballroom material. I almost tripped over my suitcase trying to get to the bed. also, the soundproofing wasn't the greatest. I could hear the next-door neighbor's opera practice at 6 a.m., which, while culturally enriching, wasn't ideal. maybe earplugs should be included as a complimentary amenity, just a thought.

convenient location comfortable pillows helpful staff
The location proved excellent for accessing nearby dining and shopping options. I found the pillows very comfortable. Front desk staff provided assistance with taxi arrangements when required. I appreciated they arranged fresh fruits for my early departure to the airport.

a hidden gem with amazing staff
perfect location cozy decor warm colors handy kiosk
this hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect , it is within walking distance to major sites , restaurants , and shopping. there is even an atm right outside at a souvenir kiosk for easy money conversion. i loved the decor in the rooms , very cozy and warm with great color schemes.
the room's decoration looked excellent, but it was quite dark. there were also no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. the window couldn't be opened, so the room felt stuffy , even after we reported this to the reception.

the room had two comfortable beds and a lot of fresh towels, perfect after a long day. everything was refilled perfectly and there were fine details throughout the space. the modern decor felt luxurious , too.

this hotel is literally a three minute walk from the trevi fountain , i timed it! the colosseum is only a 10 minute walk , plus, the spanish steps are also very close. shopping on via del corso and via condotti is convenient.

the staff was friendly and helpful, all with very good english. everyone was kind and attentive . the front desk and breakfast room staff were awesome , they were really good.

the rooftop terrace on the 6th floor provides unmissable views , i really enjoyed a negroni there. the hotel also arranged special tours and the porter made sure my bags were safely inside my room. a handwritten note with treats and wine greeted me upon arrival.

The staff was helpful and always smiling. This.
The room I stayed in had a bad smell in the hallway AND in the room itself I stayed for three nights. This odor was pervasive and impacted the overall comfort. I reported this issue, but it was not resolved I found this disappointing.
